Keto Condensed Milk – Sugar Free and Easy to Make

This recipe for keto condensed milk will be your go-to for making delicious, sugar free sweetened condensed milk to go in your low carb desserts!

Sweetened condensed milk is so versatile, you can use it in everything from pies to fudge. It’s such a great staple in regular dessert making, but it’s also super easy to make keto condensed milk. I’ve been making this stuff for years, but haven’t dedicated a blog post to it until now.

This recipe has so many applications and truly it’s so delicious, you might just find yourself sneaking a spoonful. I used it in both my keto pumpkin pie and easy keto fudge. It’s so perfect for bringing your keto desserts to the next level.

How to make keto condensed milk

This low carb liquid gold is super easy and SO delicious. All you need is:

  • Two cups of Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 4 Tablespoons of Butter (I use Salted)
  • ⅔ Cup of Erythritol (it doesn’t matter if it’s powdered or granular–I’ve made it with both Granular Swerve and Confectioners Swerve)
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  1. In a medium saucepan, pour all four ingredients and heat on medium (on the lower side of medium) stirring with a spatula regularly. Be sure to scrape the sides and incorporate well.

2. Within just about 15 minutes, the mixture will reduce and create this thick, sweet and tasty keto sweetened condensed milk.

It’s super simple to make, but the most important thing you’ll need is patience. Constantly stirring the mixture until it turns gooey and golden takes some time, but it will be well worth it!

Another important note is: if you let the condensed milk cool completely, it will harden, but you can just heat it back up quickly right before you use it to get it back to the perfect consistency.

You probably won’t just be enjoying this keto condensed milk by the spoonful–but I won’t blame you if you choose too!–and it’s tough to determine what a serving would be, so I’ll just show you what I calculated for the whole batch of sweetened condensed milk.

For the whole batch (makes about 14 ounces or 1 and ¾ cups), you’re looking at:

Calories: 2,024 Calories
Total Carbs (including erythritol): 111 grams
Fiber: 0 grams
Sugar Alcohols: 96 grams
Net Carbs: 15 grams
Protein: 13.6 grams
Fat: 204 grams

And here’s a breakdown based on the ingredients I used:
